Nose: Honey and brioche, lime leaf with some lemon oils. Heaps of creamy vanilla and a little brittle
Palate: Honey brings it’s comb, with the waxy texture taking hold. More first fill vanilla with a little nectarine and mandarin. A little peach and sweet nut brittle appears at the end.
Finish: Lovely Clynelish wax keeps you coming back. The fruit stays and honey takes a back seat. More candies nuts and Tonka and nugat and a touch of wood spice
Non-chill filtered and natural colour. This spirit may haze at low temperatures and under dilution.
