Nose: Honeysuckle and generous vanilla lead into ripe mandarin flesh and toasted almonds. A touch of buttery, golden pastry develops with time in the glass.
Palate: White grape and gentle heather honey give way to warming oak spice and a rich, mouth-coating texture. Peach and pear tartlet emerge, followed by subtle cashew nut and fragrant curry leaf as it transitions into the finish.
Finish: Delicate tannins frame lingering peach and juicy stone fruit. Soft floral notes return alongside frangipane, leaving a long, clean, and endlessly sip-worthy finish.
Non-chill filtered and natural colour. This spirit may haze at low temperatures and under dilution.
