Nose: Fermenting pineapples floating in a chlorinated pool, sage leaves, calvados, pears in syrup, vanilla Gomme, jelly beans, crushed cane, tarragon oil
Palate: Pineapple cubes, pine resin, celeriac, more vanilla syrup, Lillies, ripe peach & ground ginger, mace.
Finish: Medicinal & herbal liqueurs, pine resin, clay, charred pineapple
Non-Chill filtered and natural colour. This spirit may haze at low temperatures and under dilution.
