Progress.
A busy couple of week. Distillery conversion has been progressing fantastically well and we have started receiving plant equipment….. THE POT STILLS ARRIVE NEXT WEEK!!!
Almost there….
This week the builders have laid external concrete pathways, replaced cast iron gutters and finalised the electrical plans. We have also received friends from NYC and Japan who are interested in importing Dornoch Distillery products!
We have also recieved many lovely crowd-funders at Dornoch Castle Hotel. Surprisingly nobody has asked for a refund 😉
This excites us.
Next week the drains will be finally connected and we will set up the mill room and bottling ‘hall’. The yeast experiments will also continue…..
