We are coming to the close of a fantastically productive week here in Dornoch!
The builders have put in a power of work ensuring the water and three-phase electricity have been correctly connected! They have also almost finished the internal pointing, which looks awesome!
Over half of the point has been completed – it will dry to a pale cream.
Yesterday we received all out ATEX LED strip lights. A lot of the equipment is almost complete and we have started receiving delivery dates from the suppliers!!!

In the hotel we have welcomed some awesome whisky enthusiasts this week! We have had Dutch, Taiwanese, German, American and Swiss Whisky people!
We have also sold over a third of our Invergordon 1972 for Dornoch Castle! Although, we are still waiting on the labels to be printed!!
Support beams for the 1st floor!
Next week we are putting in our 2nd floor and hopefully creating a doorway into the Castle Gardens! It is all very exciting, we are not going to pretend it is easy, but we are loving every moment!
