We have been incredibly busy here over the pas couple of weeks. The builders have been making great progress. We have been working on bottle designs and sourcing various Organic botanicals for our #milltostill Gin.
Tomorrow SSE are coming to hook up our three-phase electricity. Next week we should have the water plumbed into the building!
The hotel has also been very busy this week, we have welcomed more whisky people from all over the world – Australia, California, Sweden, Switzerland, Poland and Holland!
There will be an email update and a link to a private page for our crowdfunders. We aim to send this out by early next week, if not sooner! The support has been superb, thank you for your ongoing support…… and patience!!
We have alsorecently bottled a 1972 Invergordon for Dornoch Castle and a good Japanese friend! A good friend of ours has just finished the labels then it will be ready to sell from the hotel next week!
