A productive week.
We have been in London & Kent at various meetings, we have been deciding on packaging & bottles, also meeting super secret botanical geeks!;-)
The builders have laid all the internal drains and have started working on the upper floor. They have also started digging channels for services!
The hotel has seen many awesome whisky people. Sadly we have missed many of you due to our trips down south, however we really appreciate you visiting our humble wee whisky bar and hotel!
Next week the builders will be pouring concrete for the floors, we are also meeting with our designers and working on more HMRC paperwork…..
There are also some cool whisky people coming to Dornoch Castle next week. We look forward to seeing you all!
I almost forgot! The weather has been glorious in Sutherland!
