We are still here!
There has been a lot of this happening lately….
Everything has been progressing very well here in Dornoch. Drains are being laid this week and the 1st floor is also being worked on – new shiny steel beams to support some fermentation capacity and CLT’s on the 1st floor!
Dornoch Castle has been very busy with lot’s of whisky geeks from all over the world! This month we have received friends from Japan, Holland, Germany, Belgium, France, Reunion, Hong Kong and USA!

We have a lot of fellow whisky geeks booked into Dornoch Castle Hotel this summer, we really look forward to showing you around our wee ‘Distillery’ and sharing some lovely drams!
