In 2024 we re-launched the Dornoch Castle Whisky Club in collaboration with the Dornoch Distillery team. Since then we’ve welcomed over 100 members into the fold. We offer members exclusive discounts, first chance to purchase bottles bottled in partnership with the Dornoch Castle Hotel, and much more.

Dornoch Single Malt 20cl
A unique composition of Dornoch Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 4 Years Old.
Nose — manuka honey, pine resin, Jamaican rum. Palate — yellow fruits, silky chocolate, golden sultanas. Finish — white pepper, pineapple cubes, golden syrup.
Caol Ila Single Malt 20cl
An exclusive Thompson Bros bottling of 13-year-old Caol Ila.
Nose — smoked plums, cinchona, slightly medicinal and round. Palate — oak spice, tangerines, smoked elderflower. Finish — saline and wonderfully long.
Tasting Glasses & Membership Card
Two Thompson Bros branded whisky tasting glasses, plus a bespoke wooden membership card with your membership number and a matching neck tag for your bottle in the Member Bottle Keep.
Membership
£250 per year, including the starter pack for new members. Membership renews automatically each year if you opt in, or you can renew manually any time from your account.
