Nose: Delicate and bright. Early floral notes drift into breakfast bowls—malted cereal, sliced peaches, and a dollop of vanilla yoghurt.
Palate: Fresh spirit-forward fruit takes the lead, sharpened up with a pinch of white pepper and light oak spice. The vanilla tightens up here—less creamy dessert, more crisp pod with a clean bite.
Finish: Shifts back to the meadow, leaning toward orange blossom and soft citrus oils. Tapers off with a rich, buttery pastry note that hangs around just long enough.
Non-chill filtered and natural colour. This spirit may haze at low temperatures and under dilution.
