Nose:Â Soft fruit and digestive biscuits. Peaches and pears all jumbled into a crumble with some cask aged vanilla goodness and a slight floral aside.
Palate:Â Cereal and grain to the forefront with some custard and apple. More soft orchard fruits, some light tannin that helps to give some structure.
Finish:Â Some prickly pear and a little savoury goodness. A slight vegetal note gives way to more cereal and biscuits.
Non-chill filtered and natural colour. This spirit may haze at low temperatures and under dilution.
