Nose: Toasted brioche, salted toasted oats and maple syrup, the nose is rounded with a pleasant fattiness. Chamomile, cranberries and diluted balsamic.
Palate: Sour cherries, pink grapefruit, dill, cinnamon, pomegranate, green teas, all met with a saline vein that runs through the length of it.
Finish: Salted lemons and red fruits on the medium to long finish.
