Nose: Fresh coastal air, sea brine, and a gentle waft of light peat smoke. Zesty lime leaf and pale caramel sit atop a bowl of shredded wheat, leading into almond oil as it opens up.
Palate: Delicate and light-footed with more coastal influence and soft vanilla. A sugary, malt-forward sweetness follows, with fresh orange blossom and fragrant chamomile elbowing their way through the mid-palate.
Finish: Starts floral before bringing the grain back into focus. Leaves a lingering impression of coastal machair in bloom through the mist and sea drizzle.
Non-chill filtered and natural colour. This spirit may haze at low temperatures and under dilution.
