Nose: Coastal minerality with the barest whisper of peat smoke. Slices through with bold vanilla, crushed Weetabix, and toasted coconut flakes.
Palate: Unapologetically fruit-forward. Sun-dried apricot, coconut flesh, and tart pineapple hit first. An earthy, maritime peat builds mid-palate, giving the spirit genuine weight and muscle before washing back into flinty minerality and rich vanilla custard.
Finish: The peat smoke dries down into cool hearth ash. Soft floral honey and sweet mandarin peel emerge right at the death, balancing the smoke with a clean, lingering sweetness.
Non-chill filtered and natural colour. This spirit may haze at low temperatures and under dilution.
