Nose: Warm apple crumble and toasted cinnamon lead into tonka bean, double cream, and candied almonds, backed by a distinctive malty note of dry Weetabix.
Palate: Rich vanilla and thick custard up front, leading back into rich baked orchard fruit with pear joining the apple. Sweetens into honey-nut cereal with cold milk, balanced by an underlying dark blackcurrant note heading into the finish.
Finish: The heavy custard recedes, letting bright, crisp fruit take over. Clean green character builds with fresh lime, zesty citrus, and lingering blackcurrant leaf.
Non-chill filtered and natural colour. This spirit may haze at low temperatures and under dilution.
