We have distilled the tasting notes for this whisky into three words; Honey glazed ham!
“This whisky’s glazed honey ham notes are a turbo-charged flavour explosion that will have your taste buds exclaiming, ‘It’s not a tasting, it’s a party!’
We were able to purchase a parcel of remnant stock which contains a selection of incredibly juicy spirits. We decided to bottle these in 200ML bottles as the volumes are very limited.
These will be available from our webshop, our shop in Dornoch and from the Dornoch Castle Hotel’s Whisky bar.
Non-chill filtered and natural colour. This spirit may haze at low temperatures and under dilution.
