As the seasons change, we wanted to bring the Dornoch Castle Whisky Bar experience to the comfort of your own home. We know it can be difficult to visit Dornoch, especially in the winter months, so we’ve decided to deliver the drams to your door!
We’ve bottled samples of some of the whiskies we enjoy in our bar, as well as those that have inspired us throughout our journey at Dornoch Distillery. We hope you love them, and we look forward to welcoming you to Dornoch Castle soon.
Cheers, Phil & Simon

1973 | 25 Years Old Signatory Dumpy
2CL | 57.2% ABV
Glenlivet aged over 25 years in a proper Sherry Butt and bottled by the good folks at Signatory as part of their legendary dumpy series. This whisky does not disappoint, it is powerful with balanced sherry – this whisky shows exactly why these bottlings are so highly regarded.
These are 2cl samples, bottled by us in Dornoch in collaboration with the Dornoch Castle Hotel. These samples can be shipped with held bottles, or on their own – please contact us to arrange sample-only shipments – info@dornochdistillery.com
