As the seasons change, we wanted to bring the Dornoch Castle Whisky Bar experience to the comfort of your own home. We know it can be difficult to visit Dornoch, especially in the winter months, so we’ve decided to deliver the drams to your door!
We’ve bottled samples of some of the whiskies we enjoy in our bar, as well as those that have inspired us throughout our journey at Dornoch Distillery. We hope you love them, and we look forward to welcoming you to Dornoch Castle soon.

Ichiro’s Malt and Grain World Blend Whisky
2CL | 58% ABV
This is an exciting release from the ever-wonderful Ichiro! It features a unique blend of 48.5% 7-year-old Chichibu, 48.5% Scottish malts aged between 21 and 25 years, and a touch of history with 1.5% 1976 Kawasaki grain and 1.5% 1976 Benriach.
