Blended Malt Scotch Whisky – “Side-Burn”
1993 Vintage, 25 Years Old
Refill Hogshead / 123 bottles
47.9% ABV
Nose: Jelly babies, greengage, gooseberries, white grapes. Pineapple tart (Indonesian), buttery/salty pastry, almond brittle, sesame crackers and bruised red apple
Palate: Soft brown sugar, butter, bruised apples, pear, blueberry & raspberry. A fatty waxiness.
Finish: Cloves, ginger, almond butter.
We were able to purchase a parcel of remnant stock which contains a selection of incredibly juicy spirits. We decided to bottle these in stocking-friendly 200ML bottles as the volumes are very limited.
Non-chill filtered and natural colour. This spirit may haze at low temperatures and under dilution.

Fruity jelly gums, that is the most predominant taste that I get here. Absolutely love this stuff, get some before it’s gone. Definitely worth it 🙂
