Nose: Rich, thick orange peels, flamed blood orange peels cut with some white grapefruit. Honeycomb and hazelnut praline with floral noted to the back.

Palate: Orange cremes from a selection box of chocolates. Milk chocolate and caramel wafer, digestive biscuits with melted butter and more hazelnut.

Finish: A little cinnamon kick with the orange and honeycomb coming back. Some vanilla and citrus custard as the spice goes into some toasted oak.
