Nose: Yellow plums, lime zest, beeswax, quite savoury with something distinctly Dornoch-y about it.
Palate: Apricot, white grape and lots of honey. The combination of Speyside Single Malt finished in a Dornoch octave has resulted in something like Clynelish! A worthwhile experiment. You’ll also find a touch of cachaca and fresh ginger.
Finish: Slightly saline with ginger spice and grass.
