Nose: Bright and weighty distillate character, marshmallow & nougat. Demerara sugar and col fondo prosecco
Palate: Cookie dough, more nougat and biscuity shortbread notes. Then leaning into subtle notes of jalapeno with nettles and green bell peppers. Lime tree leaves
Finish: A delicate lingering spice. The thickness of the spirit makes the finish last a good while. A very enjoyable sensory experience
