Nose: Touches waxes and polishes – a hint of dry clay, sour fruits, homemade lemoncello, Green apple, clove oil, bashed mint, dry banana bread, two-stroke bush-whacker fumes, banana kefir, curry leaf.
Palate: More two-stroke, banana leaf cordial, clove oil, grapefruit zest, overripe mango and pineapple, very sharp passion fruit juice.
Finish: Starts sweet and fruity, becomes drier (Dry Banana Bread) with lactic notes – it stays with you!
