Palate:Â Fruit cake, dried papaya, charcoal, pipe tobacco & winter spice, soft tannins (black tea)
Finish:Â Earthy peat lingers, sweetness returns, wet sugarey shredded wheat, a gente cellar-esque funk
Non-chill filtered and natural colour. This spirit may haze at low temperatures and under dilution.
