We’ve got the opportunity to offer a limited number of our collaboration bottling with Dornoch Whisky Festival from 2025. It’s a solid example of the Glen Scotia spirit, balancing sweetness and coastal profiles to produce an accessable yet intriguing dram that is sure to please.
Nose: Salted butterscotch atop lemon and mango mingle with white pepper and meadow flowers. There is a touch of the regional ‘coastal funk’ and wet slate after a night of heavy downpour. A touch of peach at the end.
Palate: Lemon curd, more sweetness and honeycomb balanced with candied ginger, green tea and a leathery presence.
Finish: A long and slaty finish. Citrus peel, a hint of honeyberry and sea air.
