As the seasons change, we wanted to bring the Dornoch Castle Whisky Bar experience to the comfort of your own home. We know it can be difficult to visit Dornoch, especially in the winter months, so we’ve decided to deliver the drams to your door!

We’ve bottled samples of some of the whiskies we enjoy in our bar, as well as those that have inspired us throughout our journey at Dornoch Distillery. We hope you love them, and we look forward to welcoming you to Dornoch Castle soon.

A single cask Scapa selected and bottled for the lovely people at the Whisky Exchange. Aged from 19 years in a 1st Fill Barrel this single cask is well balanced between distillate and wood – a brilliant example of a structured modern whisky.
