As the seasons change, we wanted to bring the Dornoch Castle Whisky Bar experience to the comfort of your own home. We know it can be difficult to visit Dornoch, especially in the winter months, so we’ve decided to deliver the drams to your door!
We’ve bottled samples of some of the whiskies we enjoy in our bar, as well as those that have inspired us throughout our journey at Dornoch Distillery. We hope you love them, and we look forward to welcoming you to Dornoch Castle soon.

Brora Single Malt Scotch Whisky
1981 | 18 Years Old, Signatory Cask 570
2CL | 43% ABV
A brilliantly waxy Brora, leaning more towards the style of an ’80s Clynelish than a ’70s Brora, with no trace of peat. The nose offers vibrant fruitiness, while the palate boasts a powerful, coating mouthfeel. Bottled at 43% ABV, it still delivers remarkable balance and showcases the distillate’s exceptional character.
