As the seasons change, we wanted to bring the Dornoch Castle Whisky Bar experience to the comfort of your own home. We know it can be difficult to visit Dornoch, especially in the winter months, so we’ve decided to deliver the drams to your door!
We’ve bottled samples of some of the whiskies we enjoy in our bar, as well as those that have inspired us throughout our journey at Dornoch Distillery. We hope you love them, and we look forward to welcoming you to Dornoch Castle soon.

The rarest of all of the ‘modern closed distilleries’? Located in the Invergordon Grain facility for only 12 years, Ben Wyvis was always intended to be blending liquid; We estimate there have only ever been 8 releases (excluding minis), a true unicorn whisky!! This is the second time we have opened a bottle from Signatory Cask 685 meaning Dornoch Castle Whisky Bar has been responsible for opening over 1% of the bottles from this cask! – Click here for more info!
