  A deep cherry-red blend with rich aromas of blackberries, plums and a hint of soft vanilla oak. Matured for five months in French and American barrels, it offers silky tannins, gentle spice and a long, lingering finish.

• Tempranillo & Syrah (Red)
  A smooth, fruit-forward wine bursting with wild red and dark fruit notes, subtle violet florals and a touch of smoky chocolate and tobacco from barrel ageing. Soft, balanced and pleasantly persistent on the palate.

• Sauvignon Blanc & Verdejo (White)
  A crisp, lively white with zesty citrus, green apple and a subtle herbaceous lift. Bright acidity and a clean finish – a refreshing counterpoint to festive starters.

• Pol Roger Champagne 37.5CL or 75CL
