Nose: Menthol & Chamomile, Eucalyptus oil, dried rosemary, Perollo Gordal brine, honey/mead & aged Sauternes
Palate: Slightly farmy with plenty of the mint from the nose, ‘rotting’ tropical fruits, cigar tobacco, brine, copper coins & olives
Finish: Farmy & Funky with some fresh ginger warmth, Jamaica cake, clove oil
