Nose: Creme brulee, fresh wet hay, custard tart, a touch of cinnamon, poached pears, nutmeg
Palate: Chamomile, tarte tatin, osmanthus, orange blossom, cooking spices (blended), honeycomb
Finish: Drying from the oak but not bitter. Dates and green banana peel on the close
