Nose: White grapes, strawberry and praline, apple crumble, slight briney qualities, lemon tea, cantaloupe melon skin
Palate: Creamy and oily mouthfeel, cracked black pepper and lemon peel, brewer’s yeast, porridge with honey.
Finish: Textural with green apples and the last spoonful of milky porridge.
Bottled straight from a refill bourbon cask, this is our first bottling of Dalmunach and showcases a very delicious and textural house spirit. The label pays homage to the Imperial Distillery, demolished in 2013 and features a bottle of Imperial 1996 that we released 5 years ago, meeting its unjust demise.
