Nose: Soft fruit and digestive biscuits. Peaches and pears all jumbled into a crumble with some cask aged vanilla goodness and a slight floral aside.
Palate: Cereal and grain to the forefront with some custard and apple. More soft orchard fruits, some light tannin that helps to give some structure.
Finish: Some prickly pear and a little savoury goodness. A slight vegetal note gives way to more cereal and biscuits.
