Nose: Papayas and papyrus, pink grapefruit, camphor, medicine cabinet and nettles mashed in a pestle and mortar. Dewy mornings, pollen and a touch of cured meats
Palate: Spearmint, eucalyptus, bananas, lime cordial and white grapes! Hubba Bubba watermelon, oxidised Sauternes, baking sugars and greengages
Finish: A long skirmish on a wet morning between Yellow Fruits and White Fruits. Gentle, gentle cask influence to allow the spirit, time and oxygen to show off. Just as we like it
