2009 Vintage, 7 Years Old, Williamson
‘Hogshead’ / 183 bottles
46.5% ABV
Nose: A fire in a Croissant factory, brioche used to clean up a diesel spill. A&E (Inverness) 11 am, 23/12/23. Thick custard, vanilla and brown sugar-coated pineapple.
Palate: AC/DC on a Calmac ferry; Rockin’ with sea air, kombu, an old boiler suit, oils and grease. White goods on a beach bonfire.
Finish: A sweaty kiss from a salty fish.
We were able to purchase a parcel of remnant stock which contains a selection of incredibly juicy spirits. We decided to bottle these in 200ML bottles as the volumes are very limited.
Non-chill filtered and natural colour. This spirit may haze at low temperatures and under dilution.
