Nose: Maraschino cherries, antique furniture shops, charred figs, Californian raisins, aged balsamic, heavily roasted sweet potato (with honey & herbs!), cured game salami.
Palate: Earthy, rich & Autumnal. Cacao nibs, burnt brioche, walnut oil, roasted duck with plums, orange bitters (and zest), and lanolin.
Finish: Long, earthy & slightly oaky (not too dry), with autumnal fruits; figs, cherries, damsons, and plums. Gentle warming spices; anise, nutmeg and clove.
